Daily Planners : Sales and Management Versions

Daily Planners are spiral bound so they lay flat with no large rings in the way. They are so flexible they fold back to expose only one side. Cover is durable vinyl. Each book is for an entire quarter and you can start on any day any time and it will go for 92 days. When open, both pages showing is one day. On the left side is the appointment calendar and things to do list with priority box and done box. Below the things to do list is a customer follow up box to log customer follow ups for that day. For the sales version, on the right side is the daily activities lists. First is Prospect Mail Outs, next is Prospect Phone Calls, next is In Person Contacts, then Presentation/Demonstrations, then Write Ups, and finally, Sales. The Management version just has lines on the right hand side to make notes during the day of things that come up, telephone notes, etc.

Included is tally forms to keep track of number of completions for each category. There is a daily record for an entire month, and a two page yearly form that is monthly with subtotals for each quarter, half year and year. These are included as an Excel spreadsheet and can used in the computer or printed and used manually. We recommend manual use for sales staff and computer use for CAA.
